Potential Employers contacted me for an employment reference today. I filled it in on the online form and sent it off, but it wouldn't let me check it, and it disappeared before I could print it out for my records. Deeply worried I'd provided then with a reference including a typo (such as, say, period of service or somesuch), I sent them a confirmation email with all the details that I could then print and add to my records. It will either be taken as diligent or as anal. I'm not sure which.

Still. An employment reference after the second interview. What does that mean, then?

In other news, I am somewhat sore today. I took a nasty fall last week, resulting in a lower back/stone steps sort of an impact, during which my lower back lost. I thought I'd almost healed, and ended up sleeping almost well last night until I turned over, landed on my back (which evidently hadn't healed completely) and then woke up immediately from the pain.

Also, there was a strange man in the house, brandishing a wrench. This frightened me, until he said that the letting agent had sent him around to fix the boiler. They forgot to mention this to me. I went back to bed.

Hmmm. Work. Need to write some essays, damn it.
