I did wonder about that. I mean my understanding was that the other races had been pre-programmed to respond favourably to Vorlons, but Vorlons do appear to have a 'body' on the visible spectrum (if S4's Kosh battle is anything to go by). So surely he would have just seen a floaty light? I mean the Shadows can see the Vorlons just fine, so I don't know why they would make their client worlds blind to them, or how far back the Shadows would have had to make contact to make it stick. IDK, I liked the idea of him looking up at a miracle and seeing nothing, but it doesn't quite work if we treat the Vorlons as angel impersonators rather than angels...
