Summary: Hogwarts is under siege, and it's going to take everyone to find a way out of danger.
I don't normally read works in progress, but this fandom has a surprising number of exceptionally good stories. It is a great pity that 'Balance' has been abandoned, as it is very imaginative indeed. Started before OotP - making it an A/U - it has everything from epic battles involving the Founders to half the school jumping rope and singing songs. Oh, and it keeps everyone in character, too. Go read and feedback!

Summary: Severus Snape is killed. Eight months later, he is brought back to life using some of the blackest magics by a vengeful Voldemort. Will Snape be able to recover, or will old temptations lure him straight into the heart of the darkest evil?
Snape is dead. Eight months later, he isn't. Written pre-OotP, set in the seventh year, this is somewhat!evil!Lucius and somewhat!crazy!Snape. And it's bloody scary.
