Eee! Xmas!

kangeikoHi all! I hope everyone is enjoying their Crimbo. I'm pleased to be feeling a lot better than I was this time last year, but it's not exactly saying much! At any rate, I have had some traditional fare, a truly obscene amount of herbal tea and grapes, and have partaken of the Doctor Who Xmas Special. yuletide fic this morning, in between being brought breakfast in bed (or, well, on the sofa - ah, the prodigal ill child returns home and, like a cuckoo, sits and demands food!) and then actually making an effort to be dressed for Xmas dinner, which was delicious, of course. My mother took Xmas Eve off from work and whipped up a few miracles. Despite my ability to only really eat soup, I bravely ventured into the lands of delectable turkey, scrumptious potatoes, nummy gravy and still-much-despised brussel sprouts. No, mother, no matter what you hide them under, I'm still not eating the bastards.
And, lo! There was alsoyuletide fic, in glorious technicolor, of course, with some ushers. *ushers run in, do a little dance*
