Rude people at Oxford Uni

So I phoned them up to check what their standard macroeconomic textbook is (because ten to one it's Blanchard's Macroeconomics), and the woman informs me that she's much too busy to be able to answer me now. She took my number, and said she'll check this if - if! - she has time. later. When, later? Later. I'm not a current student, so I'll just have to wait.

Well, I think we can safely say that Oxford admin=rude.

And Harvard are being useless in not having one standard 'Intro to Macro Theory' course. They appear to be using the Barro textbook, though which, unless I'm much mistaken, is also neoc.
