Summary: Halloween costumes and sparkly fairy wands abound. Sorta. Jack/Laura, Arvin/Emily. fanfic100 #73 - light. (I chose to interpret this as light-hearted, rather than bright - but it sorta fits the latter as well. Anyway.)

I am fed up of writing apocalypse fics. I wanted something non-death-related. Feedback welcome, of course.
