So who gets my money this year?
19 Apr 2010 01:03 pmMy userpics subscription came up for renewal at LJ a few days ago and, like a lemon, I automatically renewed it for 12 months. My annual paid account subscription is probably due for renewal in a few months, and I am now starting to think about whether I want to renew that (possibly for 6 more months, rather than a year, and then look at phasing out completely).
So, the question is, do I then move over to DW completely, and let my LJ reset to a default free account? Do I - gulp - pay for two paid accounts at the same time? (this seems a little excessive, given that I already have an IJ permanent account) And if I choose to opt for a DW paid account, do I go for a normal one or a premium one? What's the difference? Will a technophobe like myself really be able to figure out the use of all the additional features, or will they just sit there?
I think I've figured out how to import all my LJ posts, so that's not an issue. Question is, is it worth it? How are people dealing with running two (or more) parallel accounts?
