Dear Chocolatier,

I had such a great time at chocolateboxcomm  last year that this year I decided to go all-out on prompts and requests. The below are only there to give you a kick-start if you're wondering what sort of things I like, please don't feel bound by them if inspiration strikes somewhere else! I've requested fanfic for all.

Likes: snark! canon-compliant scenes, messing with power differentials, enemies/antagonists forced to work together, insecurities being addressed, characters owning up to screwing up, apologies, trust. Protectiveness / family / team / squad feelings. People having each others' backs. "Enemy Mine" / "Only I get to fight him!" tropes. First-times in shippy fic, or getting-together in shippy fic.
 

Kinks: first times, someone being fussed over who normally doesn't get that in canon, first-times, hair-pulling or neck-biting, first times! FIRST TIIIIIIMES. ALSO: sloppy blowjobs, semi-realistic sex, all the kissing IN THE WORLD, finger-sucking and general hand-fixation.

DNWs:

1) Universe-altering AUs such as coffee-shop, high school, soulbonding/soulmates.

2) Some sex-based squicks - underage, scat, watersports, other non-sexual bodily fluids, heavy BDSM, daddy kink and role play, omegaverse, mpreg, non-con/rape (dub-con and sex pollen are fine).

3) Others: please don't kill off any of the requested characters, or any of the canon's named characters outside of canonical deaths (any bad guys and OCs are fair game). 

REQUESTS

Babylon 5
Alfred Bester/Michael Garibaldi
I love this pairing and it's super-rare so anything you come up with will be adored! I love first-times and "us against the world" tropes, especially when enemies are forced to team up. I loved them working together in S2 and S3 - despite Garibaldi being 100% against it - and would love to see more of that. What if there had been a longer gap between Ship of Tears and Z'Ha'Dum and Bester was  B5's ally for a bit longer than a couple of episodes? Or what if Garibaldi had made it back onto the station rather than being captured and Bester was forced to work with him through more straight-forward means? Basically anything evening the field between them and letting them meet halfway would be wonderful.

More prompts:
1) S3, when there was that temporary truce - maybe they are ambushed while Bester is full of sleepers & Garibaldi has to rescue him;
2) Or Bester's talent is working just fine and Garibaldi gets off on that
3) S2 the blips are more successful in their attempt on Bester's life & now Garibaldi has to protect him while he's vulnerable less lethal & there is an active threat against him.
4) S3 Bester puts his money where his mouth is and goes as their telepath-on-ship to a battle, & this wipes him out completely. Garibaldi has to more or less carry him back to his customary quarters (in the brig) & keep watch over him.
5) Sex pollen. That's it, that's the prompt. Or any variation of 'aliens made them do it'. Maybe some glowy alien messes with them and then there's the terrible, terrible fall-out afterwards. Bester probably has to figure out how to get them out of there and rescue Garibaldi and shield him from the influence and ooops, he didn't shield enough. But seriously, sex pollen. 

Anything where Garibaldi has Bester pinned down (in any context, really) will win a million points with me. Any variation of one of them having to protect the other will make me squee happily.

Star Trek: The Next Generation
Jean-Luc Picard/Q
I will never tire of my omnipotent whiny almost-god and the terrifyingly competent human he's clearly in love with! (Honestly, ST: Picard better give us Q, I am desperate to see them on the screen together again.) Anything that gives us some interaction between the two of them would make me so happy! An earlier season encounter? A post-Voyager, wiser Picard, having been debriefed by Janeway re: Q? Anything at all! 

Prompts:
1) Give me a Q 100% in love with Picard and 100% terrified Picard will find out. What to do?
2) The! God! Damned! Q! Civil! War! *bangs fists on table* When does Picard find out about it? What is his reaction? Q is now a revolutionary! An activist! A lawmaker! A government official.
3) ... if... if Q is a government official... can he be the Q ambassador? Look, I know they don't have ambassadors or engage in that way, but what if they decided to, for Reasons? And so the Q send... Q. And the humans send... Picard. (This is just an excuse to have them both in formal robes in a formal function, I'm trying to dress it up as plot, but that's where we are.)
4) Alternatively, Picard is threatened. Q steps in.
5) Or... Q isn't made Q during Deja Q and remains a "lumpen human being". Picard doesn't make good on his threat to dump him at a starbase, at least not for the moment. How would Q take to humanity? (Badly.) How would he take to being powerless? (Even more badly.) What about being interested in Picard and having no idea how to go about expressing it? (Worse.) Just give me all the angst!

Broadchurch
Alec Hardy/Ellie Miller I love these two so much!! Again, first times shippy fic is totally my jam here. Ellie taking care of Hardy! The gradual merging of their two households! Trying to solve another horrible crime! Things (tm) happening when they have to share that bed! Anything that takes your fancy, honestly. The show is pretty grim-dark so if you could do something a little bit lighter, that would be appreciated! I love the snark and reluctant affection between these two, I love Hardy's single-mindedness and Ellie's genuine goodness and how they're both such good detectives. I love the genuinely difficult circumstances they face, and I just want them to be a bit happier!

Prompts:
1) I'm going to point at them sharing a bed under fraught circumstances. Everyone thinks they're having an affair, so why not let off a little stress?
2) Put one of them in peril, and make the other rescue them!
3) Dad!Hardy is my jam. Anything domestic, and the gradual move of their two households into a single one would be fabulous.


Agent Carter
Peggy Carter & Daniel Sousa & Jack Thompson

I think it's safe to say that one of the most explosive relationships on the show is that of Peggy and Jack. They are never on smooth ground, and although the show gives us a few nods towards them finding a truce, they are never *comfortable* together. So, naturally, *points at tags* yes, please make everything as awkward as possible. I adore how competent Peggy is, and yes, how competent Jack and Daniel are, but nowhere near her league - and how they recognise it. I love how she starts to care for them - how it's easier for her to care about Daniel, but that Jack isn't the irredeemable asshole he initially comes across as and there's something more there. I am fascinated that where the traditional conflict in an OT3 would be between the two guys, here it is definitely between Jack and Peggy. If you're feeling shippy I would absolutely welcome all the OT3 feels, but if you'd rather stick to gen or pre-ships that's also absolutely fab.

Prompts:
1) The obligatory Jack-is-shot prompt. How do Peggy and Daniel react? Is that the trigger to get them all together, or does it cause more complications?
2) Peggy and Jack are really not going to woo peacefully, and Daniel is stuck in the middle. Give me a fight (shippy or not) with Daniel trying to stay out of it and some reconciliation!
3) Honestly, Peggy rescuing the boys will always be a bullet-proof kink for me.
4) Alternatively, the one thing guaranteed to make both Peggy and Jack drop everything and come running is Daniel being hurt, so... yeah. Hospital h/c?

The Witcher (VG)
Emhyr var Emreis/Geralt of Rivia
My knowledge of canon is rather patchy, so please do with it whatever you fancy. I'd love something set after the big reconciliations, with Ciri set to inherit and Geralt having to make nice with the Emperor-who-soon-won't-be. Assassins are always good, quests are always good, and a long-suffering and scarily intelligent Emhyr is always good.

Prompts:
1) Making the two of them suddenly vulnerable would be really interesting to see. An illness of some kind, or injury? Or a journey has gone horribly wrong and they're the only survivors and they have to make their way back?
2) I... may have a kink for Emhyr's strategic brain. Having him miscalculate somehow - and require rescuing - without losing all face, somehow? - would be amazing.
3) Honestly, I'm a complete sucker for the old "pretend to be married" trope.
4) Ciri wants them to get along better! That's... harder to deliver than it first appears.
5) The mutual telepathy curse! Honestly I think Emhyr would rather have a body part removed, but there we are, they're stuck with it for the time being.


Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
Odo/Quark
I have so many strong feelings about these two, especially after the debacle of the Dominion War. I'd love a first-time fic, or something that explores the fact that Odo screwed up, big time. Alternatively, anything that hurts Quark and makes Odo come over all protective will make me very happy.

Prompts:
1) Quark calling out Odo for his abandonment of Rom during the Dominion war. Bonus points for Odo realising he loves Quark more or less around the same time as Quark is tearing into him. (Pls reconcile them tho, I can't stand to watch Quark upset. Make Odo apologise somehow??)
2) Injured Quark! Things keep happening to him that eventually make Odo suspect he's being targeted by someone which means Odo has to keep an eye on Quark without Quark knowing about it (& protect him, even if it's from himself).
3) Someone figures out that if they kidnap Quark, they can pretty much lean on Odo.
4) Odo decides he wants to learn about sex, he figures Quark would be willing to teach him in return for oomox. This is not a good situation for Quark who wants a whole lot more from Odo but figures this is what he's gonna get. Maybe someone sets Odo straight? Maybe Quark has enough and breaks it off? But then Odo has to actually get Quark to date him for real.
5) Sex pollen. That's it, that's the prompt. (Seriously, that's always the prompt. God bless sex pollen.) But the fall-out to Odo would, I imagine, be pretty devastating, especially if he thinks he's hurt Quark. So maybe Quark is the one who has to hold it together & get them rescued or sorted out?


Star Trek: Enterprise
T'Pol/Charles "Trip" Tucker III

*deep breath* The series finale is a travesty that we will all agree was a fever dream and Did. Not. Happen. That said... the rest of S4 was excellent. I loved all of it - from T'Pol's hasty marriage and even hastier divorce, the unexpected baby, them mourning together... it all made me ridiculously emotional. What would have happened if the finale-that-wasn't hadn't taken place? I'd love to see Trip and T'Pol navigating life on board the ship when they've - to all intents and purposes - gone through a relationship, lost a child, and are now on the other side. (Yes, this is a "second chance at love" request, I'm not even a little ashamed.)

Prompts:
1) Post S4, Trip and T'Pol are back in their respective roles, determined to be professional and put it all behind them. But they're *bonded*. Surely that counts for something? At the very least their medical proxies? Their wills?
2) Maybe Trip takes T'Pol to Earth to show her around - I'd love to see Trip essentially bringing home his (war) bride and having to explain himself (also - T'Pol and Trip's parents and the awkwardness there would be awesome).
3) Honestly the whole neuropressure thing has SO many kinky possibilities!.

Veronica Mars
Cindy "Mac" Mackenzie/Dick Casablancas

I have such a weakness for these two! I'd really love to see a getting together story for them, either as an alternate to S3 or set during/after the film. I was interested in how (relatively) little time we spent with Mac's reaction to Beaver's death, and the same for Dick's. Does he know what his brother did before he died? He seems to want something out of Mac, a memory of his brother or just to spend time with someone who knows him. take them beyond that initial burst of pain and into their new normal. I'm also interested in how the rest of their tight little group would react to this. Is Veronica trying to talk Mac out of it, or just going after Dick with a shovel? Does Dick open up to Logan? Is Logan trying to talk him out of it, or does he see Mac as a positive influence on him? If setting this around the film or later, I'd love a slightly more settled / mature Dick, one who is trying to figure out his place in the world, who is able to approach Mac a little more thoughtfully than he managed in S3 (!) - or perhaps one who is interested in her but thinks his advances wouldn't be welcome, and so he leaves it well enough alone until she approached him instead. Basically anything where we have some of their earlier antagonism plus their almost-understanding as front and center would be awesome.

I haven't seen S4 (and based on what spoilers I've read, I won't be watching S4) so my canon stops after the film - feel free to disregard all of S4 as a fever dream!

Star Trek: Voyager
Kathryn Janeway/Tom Paris

This pairing is my guilty pleasure, especially when set during the early seasons of the show when the power differential is very much something they'd both be aware of. I was a bit disappointed we didn't get more of Tom's home life on the show, and the thing that I find intriguing is the fact that, out of everyone on the ship, Tom is the only person who knows what being Fleet through and through must be like, having grown up with it. I like that the show spent time focusing on what Janeway must be going through to be so isolated, and how she must be marshaling her own sense of loneliness and need for companionship. Putting those two things together would be awesome!

Some random prompts:
1) Early seasons Tom was a lot more isolated than later seasons Tom. A first-time fic (with bad judgement, given the circumstances!) would be very interesting in that setting.
2) Protective Janeway FTW! Janeway being a badass and rescuing an injured Tom (and coming to a few uncomfortable realisations) would rock.
3) OK, I'll say it - they had babies together. Not human babies, I grant you, but babies nonetheless. *waves hands* Maybe the EMH was able to turn one/two/all of them into humans? (Yes, this is essentially Look Who's Talking, only with lizards, work with me.)
4) That time when Tom has false memories implanted in his brain in S1 and collapses, and Janeway cradles him. *points* Please give me more of that. More Tom sick/injured/unconscious & Janeway protecting him.
